Waiting to depart

Well, right now in am in Virginia, about 12 miles outside D.C. attending a Formation/Orientation program before leaving for Guyana. I have been here for almost 2 weeks getting anxious to get under way, but I still have a week in Baltimore for a final week at CRS headquarters before departing for the equator on August 26th. I will let you know when I arrive in Guyana!

This blog idea is a great one. It keeps you from having to write the same email over and over to everyone who's interested in what you're doing. You must be really anxious to get on your way!

Thanks for the nice note you sent me after our interview. I enjoyed it a lot, and I know it educated a few people about things. You're in my prayers--and I'm looking forward to your next entry.

I love this blog idea also. I can't wait to hear your first impression of Guyana. I think HOT would be mine. You are in my prayers,Dan,God Bless you. You are doing what many of us would like to, but are not called to. I am very excited about it all.
